透過城市與金融科技發展實現年輕人的夢想 Achieving the dreams of young people through the development of Smart Cities and Fintech
在當今快速發展的數字經濟時代中，智慧城市與金融科技的結合為年輕人提供了許多機會，使他們能夠實現自己的夢想。特別是在香港，作為一個不斷追求創新與變革的國際城市，智慧城市與金融科技的發展為年輕人帶來了許多新的機會與前景。
提升數字化基礎建設及人才能力
作為東西方經濟體之間的「超級聯繫人」，香港一直積極參與內地及國際智慧城市發展，與其他國家和地區分享經驗和合作機遇。這種積極的參與為香港年輕人創造了更多的就業和創業機會。智慧城市發展需要各種各樣的專業人才，例如軟體開發工程師、數據分析師、網絡安全專家等。年輕人可以通過學習相關的科技專業知識和技能，追求自己的興趣，並將其轉化為具有市場競爭力的就業機會。
配合金融科技新產品及服務發展
在智慧城市的發展過程中，金融科技也扮着重要的角色。隨着區塊鏈和加密貨幣交易的合規，金融科技行業發展迅猛。特別是Web3和央行數字貨幣的出現，為金融科技帶來了更多的新機遇和挑戰。香港作為國際金融中心，正在積極探索如何在這一領域中發揮新的角色。年輕人可以關注和參與這一領域的發展，學習相關技術和知識，抓住金融科技創新所帶來的機遇。
擴闊視野學習新興技能
規劃升學和就業路向是實現夢想的關鍵一步。在數字經濟發展的過程中，年輕人可以借助各種資源和機會，實現自己的職業路徑。與業界人士的交流將對年輕人的規劃和決策起到積極的指導作用。通過線上及線下新興及傳統渠道學習相關專業知識，參與實際項目和實習經驗，年輕人可以逐步成為智慧城市和金融科技行業的一份子，為自己的職業發展奠定堅實的基礎。

期望年輕人能持續關注新興的金融科技趨勢，藉着運用這些新技術來追求職業發展。透過積極地規劃升學和就業方向，參與實踐項目和實習經驗，年輕人將能成為智慧城市和金融科技領域的關鍵人物，實現自己的夢想同時提升香港、大灣區和深圳的核心競爭力。

In today’s rapidly developing digital economy, the integration of smart cities and fintech provides many opportunities for young people to pursue their dreams. Especially in Hong Kong, as an international city constantly striving for innovation and change, the development of smart cities and fintech has brought new opportunities and prospects for young people.
Enhancing digital infrastructure and talent capabilities
As a “super connector” between East and West economies, Hong Kong has actively participated in the development of smart cities in mainland China and other international regions, sharing experiences and cooperation opportunities. This active participation has created more employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for young people in Hong Kong. The development of smart cities requires various professionals, such as software developers, data analysts, and cybersecurity experts. Young people can pursue their interests and transform them into marketable employment opportunities by acquiring relevant technological knowledge and skills.
Aligning with the development of new fintech products and services
In the process of smart city development, fintech plays a crucial role. With the compliance of blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions, the fintech industry is growing rapidly. In particular, the emergence of Web3 and central bank digital currencies has brought more new opportunities and challenges to fintech. As an international financial center, Hong Kong is actively exploring how to play a new role in this field. Young people can pay attention to and participate in the development of this field, learn relevant technologies and knowledge, and seize the opportunities brought by fintech innovation.
Broadening horizons and learning emerging skills
Planning education and career paths are crucial steps in achieving dreams. In the process of digital economic development, young people can leverage various resources and opportunities to realize their career paths. Interactions with industry professionals will provide positive guidance for young people’s planning and decision-making. By learning relevant professional knowledge through online and offline channels, participating in real projects and internship experiences, young people can gradually become part of the smart city and fintech industry, laying a solid foundation for their career development.
Participating in the development and implementation of digital finance for overtaking competitors
It is hoped that young people will continue to pay attention to emerging fintech trends and pursue career development by utilizing these new technologies. Through active planning of education and career directions, participation in practical projects and internship experiences, young people can become key players in the smart city and fintech fields, realizing their dreams while enhancing the core competitiveness of Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and Shenzhen.
